Both of our installation packages are 100% Michigan code complaint and offer the same window. The main difference between the two packages is the window well. Each well offers its own material type, size, aesthetics, and warranty.

The SPC Steel window well system
SPC has become an industry leader in basement egress window products. They offer an effective and durable solution for a means of basement level exit. This kit includes the well, a well cover with debris blocking clear lens, and a ladder for wells over 3ft.
